Hebrews 11:6 - Faith Is Vital!!!

WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD

Hebrews 11:6 (NIV) And without faith it is impossible to please 
God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and 
that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.  

EVERYONE RECEIVES A MEASURE OF FAITH

Romans 12:3 (NKJV) For I say, through the grace given to me, to 
everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he 
ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a 
measure of faith.  

FAITH CAN GROW VIA THE BIBLE - GOD'S WORD

Romans 10:17 (NKJV) So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing 
by the word of God.  

John 17:17 (NKJV) Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is 
truth.  

THIS FAITH CAN BE LOST IF NOT ACTED UPON

James 2:20 (also 14, 26) (NKJV) But do you want to know, O 
foolish man, that faith without works is dead?  

REJECTION OF TRUTH CAUSES ONE TO BELIEVE DELUSIONS

2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 (NKJV) The coming of the lawless one is 
according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying 
wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, 
because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be 
saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that 
they should believe the lie,  

PERSISTENT REJECTION OF TRUTH LEADS TO THE UNPARDONABLE SIN

Matthew 12:31 (NKJV) "Therefore I say to you, every sin and 
blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will 
not be forgiven men.  

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO SATAN AND HIS DEMONS

James 2:19 (NKJV) You believe that there is one God. You do 
well. Even the demons believe--and tremble!  

WITHOUT FAITH WE ARE LOST - BUT THERE IS HOPE

Mark 9:24 (NKJV) Immediately the father of the child cried out 
and said with tears, "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!"  

Faith comes by the word of God. Then grasp His promise, "Him 
that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out." John 6:37. Cast 
yourself at His feet with the cry, "Lord, I believe; help Thou mine 
unbelief." You can never perish while you do this -- never. {DA429} 

Acts 20:32 (NKJV) So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to 
the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an 
inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
